Terms and Conditions 777h: Clear Rules So You Can Bet with Confidence

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 777h, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion available in the Promotions.

• One account per CPF: each user may only hold one active account on 777h. Duplicate accounts sharing the same CPF will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• One account per device/IP address: creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address in order to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits is not permitted.
• Accurate information: you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Your name, CPF, date of birth, email, and phone number must be your real details.
• Brazil residency: the 777h operates with a focus on the Brazilian market. Users must be residents of Brazil and use Brazilian payment methods.

O 777h reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account that does not meet the above requirements, at any time and without prior notice.

The Identity Verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) is mandatory for all users of the 777h and is completed before your first withdrawal is processed, or whenever requested by the security team.

To complete verification, the user must submit:

• Valid government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, or Passport.
• Recent proof of address (within 3 months): utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, or a bank statement showing your name and address.
• A selfie holding your ID document, when requested.

The review process takes up to 48 business hours. During verification, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Deposits and bets remain fully available throughout the process.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but the 777h may request proof of funds for deposits above certain amounts, in accordance with applicable regulations.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender after deduction of any applicable banking fees. The 777h does not accept cash deposits or payments via methods not listed above.

Withdrawals at 777h are subject to the following rules:

• Exclusive method: withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name.
• Processing time: the 777h processes withdrawals within 3 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• Daily withdrawal limit (Bronze level): R$ 5,000.00. Higher limits are available for users at the Silver (R$ 15,000.00), Gold (R$ 50,000.00), and Diamond (unlimited) tiers.
• Mandatory KYC: the first withdrawal requires identity verification to be completed.
• Bonus balance: bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement for each promotion has been met. Real-money balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the limits above.
• No withdrawal fees: the 777h does not charge any fee on Pix withdrawals.

In cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms, the 777h may freeze withdrawals and request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Sports betting at the 777h cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports available in the platform's catalog.

• Bet confirmation: a bet is considered valid only after system confirmation, with a ticket number generated. Bets still being processed are not guaranteed.
• Odds: the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply to the bet. The 777h may update odds before the bet slip is confirmed.
• Cancellation: confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet.
• Odds errors: in the event of clearly incorrect odds (an obvious system error), the 777h reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the staked amount to the user's balance.
• Live betting: in live betting, odds change in real time. The 777h may suspend live markets at any time for technical or operational reasons.
• Official results: bet outcomes are determined by the official result published by the competition's governing body at the end of regulation time, unless the specific market states otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum bets: the minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by market, sport, and the user's VIP level.

The live casino games, slots, and crash games available on the 777h are provided by certified third-party providers audited by independent entities. The 777h acts as a distributor of these games and does not control the outcome algorithms.

• Certified RNG: slots and crash games use audited random number generators (RNG). Result history is verifiable by the user.

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit up to R$ 500.00. 5x rollover on the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. 30-day deadline from the credit date to complete the rollover.
• One bonus at a time: you cannot have more than one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus cancels the previous one along with any remaining bonus balance.
• Bets placed with bonus balance: bonus balance is wagered automatically before real money balance. Winnings from bonus balance remain as bonus balance until the rollover requirement is met.
• Markets excluded from rollover: bets with odds below 1.50, bets on Asian handicap markets above certain limits, and bets on both sides of the same market (back/lay) do not count toward bonus rollover.
• Bonus abuse: the 777h monitors bonus abuse behaviors, including betting on both sides of a market, use of multiple accounts, and other bonus arbitrage practices. If abuse is identified, bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Free bets: free bets are not returned on a win — only the net profit from the bet is credited as balance.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777h and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with the cancellation of all balances and winnings:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Intentional exploitation of technical errors, bugs, or incorrect odds.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Brazilian financial crime prevention laws.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to manipulate promotion outcomes or odds systems.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 or on behalf of a minor.
• Any form of fraud, including unjustified credit card chargebacks after the deposited funds have been used.

By the user: you may close your account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon request, any available real-money balance will be withdrawn via Pix before closure. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

By 777h: the platform may close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification following a formal request.
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months with no transactions.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, the 777h reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and winnings resulting from prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances are returned after review, minus any losses caused to the system.

• O 777h is not liable for bet losses caused by an internet connection failure on the user's end.
• O 777h makes no guarantee of profit on any bet. Betting involves risk, and you may lose the amount wagered.
• The maximum liability of the 777h for any technical incident affecting bets or balances is limited to the amount directly involved in the affected transaction.

Bets are decisions made solely by the user. The 777h does not offer betting advice and is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed based on tips or analyses published on the platform.
